And so it was! That is, the year 2020 was running …
We are living in an era in which some certainties have failed. We have been forced to review some of our life behaviors: with ourselves, with others and with the planet that hosts us.
The advent of Covid-19 or coronavirus, if you prefer, has highlighted the concept of ‘social distance’: no more close contacts, no more handshakes, no kisses and hugs, no effusions, but fears in approaching to the other, as if he were an ‘enemy’, especially if not ‘harnessed and protected’.
Collective psychosis that has struck us some more or less, but which has left indelible aftermaths in our imagination and behavior with our fellow men.
It is possible to find a remedy: at least temporarily stop and ensure a ‘livability’ that does not take us too far away from others, which ensures us an acceptable proximity, a different sensitivity and sustainability for the near future, with adequate ‘tools’, adopting color and cheerfulness , with a far-sighted look at eco-sustainability for the protection of the planet.
These were the reflections, the assumptions, the guidelines that led us to review and rethink some ‘adoptable tools’ not only in the immediate present, but with an eye to the near future.
So we looked at who on the front line, every day must be able to have ‘elements’ that contribute to safeguarding their own safety and consequently to assure the ‘neighbor’ that we are not ‘contaminating’ their safety
Have ‘aids’ that ensure ease, practicality, durability of use, an acceptable ‘sanitation’, with a limited environmental impact and recyclable.
This is how this project was born:
